Bingo: We are concerned and the people who are involved in this have tried. But we ARE out in the shops with teams owners and fans and it doesn,t take a rocket scientist to figure out what happening to Wiscasset, cars and teams leaving and you heard why and I,am sure Doug has too. So whats so hard to ask the guys what they think and having them invovled. When Sunday was mention this last season over 75% did not like the idea. But Sundays it is. another complaint is the shows are to dam long so we add a couple more class instead of trying to built the classes you all ready have. And know you expect people to leave there track and come race on Sunday because there track doesn,t. I for one believe guys and girls race what they got because thats what they can afford and can't afford to do it twice a week let aloan find the time and the same with fans.
Its ashame teams are going buy Wiscasset or traveling twice as far to race somewhere else. now tell us we are WRONG

| Honestly doug mentions new ideas then drivers, fans and crews voice their opinion and like you said beaza most often than not they disagree with the new ideas yet the things change. me personally i dont think that sundays are a good idea.....who is going to go racing till 11 at night or later then get up monday morning to go to work. the other thing is that doug should stop focusing on the big guys like ACT and PASS. having a few big races with them is good but what about the guys that are at wiscasset week in and week out racing weekly. those guys that come every week is what keeps wiscassset going. i think that wiscasset is burning to many bridges. | peanut driver: thank you for your comments I've heard that alot. I now fixing the problem isn't as easy as it seems. I do know that I would be asking guys like Steve#77 Raven LMS12 and other veterns what I could do to get you at my tracks. Young guys like Gordonracing_95 and Ben Ashline and the many other young guns what can I do to get you at my track, because they will be racing for along time, Not hooking up with people or tours that want to make a quick splash and then be gone when things don't go well. Thats why we think a drivers/teams assoiation would help. we don,t want any money just a voice. Once again thank you

| Had a interesting call this morning and the indivual said I must be pissing Doug off. My reply was thats not my intent in fact I think Doug and Becky are to of the nicest people you could meet. The people invovled have at one time or another have tried to talk to Doug and feel he doesn,t care what they think and yes I,am one of them and I,am sure Doug knows what being said on here. In fact there is nothing on here i would not say to his face and some of the thinks that I have received I would not print on here but would certainly tell him in person. IN my opinion the guys invovle in this have come up with some great ideas and Doug should here them. One last thing if Terri O is the new track techman then why do we have to get in touch with Bingo I mean Dereck for tech info?

I buy all of my gas and fuel at the same place. If that store decided to only be open from 9pm till 5am, I probably wouldn't like it, and I probably wouldn't buy much gas there. However...That would be a decision made by the business owner. If he thinks his business would be better because no other stores are open during these hours, that's his decision to make. If his store goes under, that's his problem, not mine.
Wiscasset changing to Sundays is basicly the same idea. I don't like it, and we probably won't go there much. Again, that's a decision for the business owner to make. If he thinks it's going to be better for business because no other tracks are open, that's his decision to make. It might work well for some, but it's not gonna work for me. If his business goes under, that's his problem, not mine.
Doug would not be the first guy to go under at Wiscasset Raceway. Whoever's next, won't be the first guy to try and run it "the right way"

| Like I said guys it ain,t so much about Doug going to sundays as it about having YOUR voices heard on issue with the track, rules, and etc. It is Doug track in he did a great job of fixing the track up and he can do whatever he likes, we would like to know that Doug listen to the guys and girls that are there every week and they do matter to him we wouild like to help classes grow put on a decent show and keep it within a certain time zone and rules from changing all the time which cost teams money. Save teams money, and the guys invovled with this have some great ideas about events and other things to keep the interest alive even during the winter months. Just a voice from the little guys that are there every week supportting him.

| I understand Sundays are gonna be hard for people and they are deciding to head to other tracks. I personally think that if he didnt do something different he would have been in the same boat as last year. I personally arent a big fan for Sundays either, BUT i would rather go to Wiscaset then to a track with 11 divisions, small pit area, and starting at 630 or 7 on a friday night. Using Unity for an example just cause thats where most people are talkin about goin too. U wont be out of there till like 2am. Once again my own opinions. I just home some of you drivers stick around and give it a chance.

| Simple Steve, Change to a track with rules similier to what we already have so as to not spend more money on inventory. Last winter folks were dreaming of racing three tracks in three nights just like the supposed ol'days. Here is your chance. Hope you are prepared.
